Nagphani is a peak for experienced trekkers. Shaped like a sharp nose looking up, the peak is better known as the Duke’s Nose. The trek to the peak starts from Khandala station, following the tracks towards Mumbai and exiting from the crossing on the right. Ask for the path to the tunnel after you turn left and walk past the Tata water canal and up the Nagphani Hill. The climb can get a little complicated as it requires trekking down the gorge to catch up with the climbing routes and getting into some rope walking!
